Alan delivered a talk on legal and risk-management considerations in Hong Kong’s film, television and entertainment industries. He explored the legal risks that may arise throughout the lifecycle of a film project—from development and financing to production, post-production and distribution.

Drawing on real case studies, Alan highlighted common issues that can catch productions off guard, and shared practical strategies for identifying, managing and resolving risks before they escalate.
