Travis is the supervising partner of our Guangzhou office. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from South China Agricultural University and has been in legal practice since 2014.

Travis focuses on corporate and commercial matters, advising listed and private companies on a wide range of transactional and regulatory issues. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial and service agreements, distributorship and manufacturing arrangements, e-commerce matters, employment and labor issues, tenancy agreements and general corporate compliance.

In addition, Travis provides strategic advice on risk management and dispute avoidance, and represents clients in complex commercial, contractual, and real estate disputes, as well as commercial crime matters.
