Nicole is a Partner based in our Guangzhou office. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from South China Agricultural University and a Master of Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She has worked across both the firm’s Hong Kong and Guangzhou offices.

Nicole’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions and intellectual property. She advises on company formation, joint ventures, and a wide range of commercial agreements, and frequently supports clients in structuring and negotiating deals that involve both PRC and international elements.

She regularly provides ongoing legal support to multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises, and emerging companies, assisting with day-to-day legal and compliance matters as well as longer term strategic initiatives.

Nicole is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
