Pancy is a Partner in our Guangzhou office with over eight years of experience in legal practice. She is a graduate of Guangdong Police Academy and currently serves as a mediator at the Guangzhou International Commercial Mediation Center. 

Pancy advises on both contentious and non-contentious civil and commercial matters. She has particular expertise in complex contractual legal issues, employment and HR compliance and risk management, construction disputes, and financial investment disputes.

Pancy frequently represents clients in contract, employment, construction and financial investment disputes. She brings a detailed understanding of legal requirements and commercial risks, providing clients with comprehensive legal litigation services from contract drafting and review through to dispute resolution.

On the non-contentious side, Pancy has advised numerous large real estate companies, educational institutions, and SMEs on corporate compliance, risk management, and asset management. She combines technical legal advice with commercially practical solutions tailored to each client’s specific business needs.

Pancy is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
