Janice graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, with a Bachelor of Arts in Law with Politics, and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at The University of Hong Kong.

Prior to joining ELLALAN , Janice was a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice at Mayer Brown JSM (now JSM). She also served as a solicitor in the Trade Marks team of the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department. Before specialising in IP, Janice worked as an Associate at an international law firm, where she gained extensive experience in corporate finance, listing rules compliance and general commercial matters. This cross-disciplinary background enables her to approach IP matters with a strong commercial perspective.

Janice has been a qualified practicing Greater Bay Area Lawyer since 2024.
