
Vivian graduated from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Hong Kong with First-Class Honours majoring in Translation. She then pursued her Bachelor of Laws with the University of London and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong.
Vivian was qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2011 and has since specialized in brand protection and management of global trade mark portfolios for renowned international and local clients. She has extensive experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious matters such as prosecutions, oppositions, cancellations of trade marks as well as IP audit and due diligence.
Prior to joining us, Vivian was a Senior Associate in the intellectual property teams at Wilkinson & Grist and Mayer Brown. Before pursuing her legal career as a solicitor, Vivian was an Intellectual Property Examiner at the Trade Marks Registry of the Intellectual Property Department. Her vast experience enables her to offer the most practical and cost-efficient solutions to clients.
Vivian is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Trade Mark Practitioners.
Vivian is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
