Christopher is part of the team representing Getty Images in IP infringement proceedings against Stability AI, and provided us with some general insights on litigation in the field of generative AI, as well as discussed a recent English High Court decision dismissing a summary judgment application brought by Stability AI. He also provided an update on recent EU and UK proposals regarding the regulation of AI.
