We are pleased to share that our Partner, Delphine Tse, and Associate, Alison Choy, delivered a guest lecture at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for the “Investment, Financing and Risk Management in Biobusiness” course under the Master of Science in Biopharmaceutical Development and Commercialization.

Legal knowledge is becoming increasingly important in the biopharmaceutical sector, especially when it comes to protecting and enforcing rights in inventions and trade secrets. The guest lecture covered key IP rights (trade marks, copyright and patents), data privacy considerations, commercial contracts and investment financing, as well as regulatory and compliance issues in pharmaceutical product development.
