Tiffany Lam is a trusted adviser to multinational clients on intellectual property matters, with a focus on global trade mark portfolio management, brand protection, and enforcement strategy. She has over a decade of experience in IP law, spanning prosecution, contentious proceedings, and strategic advisory work across more than 80 jurisdictions.
Tiffany works with a number of the world’s most prominent companies in sectors including e-commerce, logistics, financial services, fashion and retail, pharmaceuticals, and digital assets. Her practice covers the entire trade mark lifecycle — from clearance and filing strategy to prosecution, opposition, cancellation, and portfolio maintenance — across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and key international markets.
She has led cross-border filing projects, advised on multi-jurisdictional disputes, and coordinated global prosecution matters involving complex branding structures and regulatory considerations. She is known for her commercially attuned, solutions-oriented approach, and her ability to align IP strategies with business objectives in fast-moving industries.
In addition to prosecution, Tiffany regularly advises on copyright, domain name disputes, shadow company name complaints, and advertising compliance. She also supports high-profile enforcement and litigation matters, including court proceedings involving brand misappropriation, product design copying, and overlapping IP and contractual rights.
Tiffany is our home-grown lawyer, and prior to joining ELLALAN, she worked in the IP departments of a global law firm and a leading local IP practice and gained extensive experience in trade marks, as well as contentious and transactional IP matters.
Tiffany is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
