As one of the first batch of Hong Kong lawyers qualified under the GBA Lawyer Scheme, Alan has played a pivotal role in bridging Hong Kong and Mainland legal practice. He advises clients with clarity and commercial focus, combining international standards, common law rigour, and practical insight into Mainland legal and market dynamics. His work is strongly supported by close collaboration with our Guangzhou office and Beijing agency, reflecting ELLALAN’s broader commitment to providing seamless cross-border support across the GBA.

In recent years, Alan has taken an increasingly active role in supporting Mainland enterprises as they expand overseas — advising on cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, enforcement matters, and dispute resolution.
