We are pleased to share that our Partner, Simon Wong, recently delivered an in-depth seminar on Hong Kong international arbitration to a delegation of 39 distinguished lawyers from the PRC, selected by the Jiangsu Lawyers Association for a study visit to Hong Kong.

The session, organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb), provided an engaging platform for professional exchange. Simon was delighted to connect with such an accomplished group, discussing key features of Hong Kong’s arbitration framework and exchanging perspectives on cross-border dispute resolution. He also explored the practical aspects of Hong Kong’s arbitration system, its strengths as a dispute resolution centre, and its role within the broader regional landscape.
