We are pleased to announce that Delphine Tse has been promoted to Partner in our Corporate, Commercial & TMT Team, effective 1 December 2025. Her promotion marks an important milestone in the firm’s development as we approach ELLALAN’s 10th anniversary in 2026.

Delphine joined ELLALAN in 2017 as a Trainee Solicitor, having previously practised as a pharmacist in Australia. Since then, she has developed a strong practice advising on transactional IP, data protection and privacy, and corporate commercial matters. In 2025, she was recognised as one of the LexisNexis 40 Under 40 (Hong Kong SAR), reflecting her growing standing within the legal community.

Beyond her technical abilities, Delphine is well regarded for her collaborative approach and her commitment to client service. She has fostered strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike, and her promotion reflects both her contributions to the firm and her expanding leadership within the Corporate, Commercial & TMT Team.

With this appointment, Delphine also becomes ELLALAN’s first home-grown Partner, a milestone we are proud to celebrate as our firm continues to develop and recognise talent from within.
