Our Managing Partner Alan Chiu and Associate Poyiu Cheung were invited by the City University of Hong Kong to give a guest lecture to the LLM and JD students for their elective course “Chinese Laws” on 19 October 2022.

The lecture was titled “China IP Enforcement – From Counterfeiting to Infringement” – Alan and Poyiu explained the counterfeiting trend, recent case laws and enforcement strategies in China from legal practitioners’ perspective.    It was an interactive session and we have received and answered many queries from students on enforcement issues in China.

Thank you Professor Tianxiang He for the invitation and we look forward to sharing and discussing more IP issues with the students from various education institutions.
