We are excited to share that our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, was invited by the Intellectual Property Department to give a lecture for the “Intellectual Property Training Programme”. The lecture forms a part of “IP106 Patent Basics”, a fundamental course of the IP Training Programme.

Alan focused mainly on patent protection in Hong Kong, and the lecture covered the meaning of patent, scope of patentable inventions, types of patent in Hong Kong and enforcement of patent. During the lecture, Alan delved deep into the intricacies of patent, enlightening the audience with his expertise and shedding light on the latest trends and insights in the field.
