Insights from a Lunch at Samsen and what Corporates can learn from it
Our Partner, Charles To, a self-proclaimed foodie and holder of an EMBA (Kellogg-HKUST) degree, wrote an article to share some observations and insights that he gathered whilst dining at the bar table of Samsen (a Thai street food concept founded by Adam Cliff in 2016, both restaurants of which have been awarded “Michelin Bib Gourmand”), where he got to witness Adam and his team’s performance upfront.
