We are pleased to share that our Partner Charles To and our Associate Tiffany Li from the Corporate, Commercial and TMT Practice Team have recently been invited by HKPC – Hong Kong Productivity Council to deliver a talk as part of the “Tech for NGO Workshop 5: Cybersecurity”.

In their talk, Charles and Tiffany introduced digital-era privacy risks, privacy policies and regulations in Hong Kong for information and communication technology data, legal responsibilities for data breaches and reporting, guidelines for storing and collecting user data, and regulatory oversight and future directions for Web3.0 and generative tools.

The workshop forms a portion of the NGO Innovation & Digital Technology Recognition Scheme, which aims to facilitate local NGOs in applying innovative technology to optimize operational efficiency. Through an engaging and enlightening presentation, Charles and Tiffany showcased their extensive knowledge and forward-thinking approach in the dynamic fields of data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI, captivating the audience with their expertise.
