Our Firm’s Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, Beijing’s Managing Director, Rong Wang, Guangzhou’s Director, Travis Wu, and Associate, Nicole Huo, attended the 13th annual China Trademark Festival in Dongguan hosted by the China Trademark Association from 16 June to 19 June.

The theme of this year’s festival was “Trademarks Empower New Development, Brands lead Dual Circulation” and comprised of the China Trademark Annual Meeting, the China Brand Trademark Expo and other IP-related forums and activities. This festival aimed to promote the creation, protection and utilization of IP rights and allowed industry professionals to network and share knowledge and expertise with each other.

The festival was attended by leaders and authorities of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), representatives from local governments and the People’s Courts at various levels, and Administrative Authorities for Market Supervision. The festival also welcomed attendees from international organizations and overseas trademark authorities.
