Gretchen joins us as a highly accomplished PRC Patent Agent. With a background in engineering and an LLM degree in Intellectual Property, Gretchen will be a valuable asset to our firm. Prior to joining the ELLALAN team, Gretchen worked as an intellectual property officer in a Fortune 500 company, as well as an intellectual property lawyer in a well-established law firm in Guangzhou. She specializes in handling drafting patent specifications, advising and handling patent filings, conducting freedom-to-operate searches, and handling patent infringement litigations.
