Our Senior Consultant, Professor Kenny Wong, has recently updated two IP booklets that have been jointly published by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department and the Law Society of Hong Kong on the topics of “IP Licensing” and “IP Audit and Due Diligence”. The new edition was launched during HKTDC’s BIP Asia event in early December 2023.

The booklets capture the essence and discuss the key steps and issues arising from IP Licensing as well as IP Audit and Due Diligence to raise the public’s awareness and knowledge regarding IP assets and transactions. The Federation of Hong Kong Filmmakers has specifically drawn its members’ attention to these two booklets as tools to better equip them to handle their day-to-day IP and film transactions.
