HIAC, headquartered in Haikou, Hainan Province, is one of China’s leading international arbitration institutions, dedicated to resolving commercial disputes with fairness, efficiency, and global reach. The Court plays an important role in strengthening international trade and investment by providing trusted dispute resolution services across Asia and beyond, and we are delighted that Simon will be contributing to this work.
