Recently, our Partner (Head of Corporate, Commercial and TMT Practice), Charles To, had the honor of being invited by the Knowledge Transfer Office of Hong Kong Baptist University to deliver a talk at the highly anticipated HKBU Intellectual Property Forum 2023. With his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field, Charles shared invaluable insights on the topic “Licensing Your Works in the Commercial Environment.”

The forum, centered around “Art-Tech and Intellectual Property Rights,” was a dynamic convergence of brilliant minds. Distinguished IP specialists from the government and private sectors joined forces, exchanging valuable insights on various topics related to Art-Tech, digital humanity, and their impact on intellectual property rights.
