We are delighted to share that our partner, Rosita Li, has again been invited by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department as a guest lecturer for the “Intellectual Property Training Programme”.The lecture was a part of a fundamental course – “IP105 Strategies and Methods for Enterprises to Protect Trade Secrets: Business and Practical Considerations”. The lecture was an engaging exploration of fundamental concepts surrounding trade secrets, including their definition, forms of protection, and the legal foundation they are built upon. It also explores the practical application of trade secrets within business operations, as well as discusses common protective measures adopted by enterprises.
