Our Partner, Rosita Li, has recently been invited as a guest lecturer for the “Intellectual Property Training Programme” launched by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department. The Programme aims to foster talents and develop expertise within businesses, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs), to adopt and implement good IP management into their overall business strategy and practice.

Rosita gave a 2.5 hour lecture in one of the fundamental courses – “Strategies and Methods for Enterprises to Protect Trade Secrets: Business and Practical Considerations”. In the lecture, Rosita shared the advantages and disadvantages of trade secrets compared to patenting as well as practical advice on precautionary measures for businesses including notes on the content of an non-disclosure agreement.
