Our Partner, Simon Wong, acted as the moderator of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIARB)โ€™s webinar on โ€œArbitrating smart contract and cryptoasset disputesโ€.

The HKIARB webinar was led by Mr. David Quest KC, a leading commercial silk in the UK, who shared his knowledge on the new types of disputes arising out of cryptoassets and smart contracts, and how dispute resolution mechanisms and arbitral rules need to adapt to the technical complexity, anonymity and enforcement difficulties of cryptoasset disputes.
