Our Managing Partner Alan Chiu, who is also the Deputy-Secretary General of the Joint Committee for the Promotion of the Constitution and Hong Kong Basic Law, recently gave a student seminar for the 20th Hong Kong Basic Law Ambassador Training Scheme, focusing on “Basic Law and Personal Rights & Obligations”.

It is important that the public understands and is familiar with the crux of the Basic Law, as it is a fundamental constitutional legislation which relates so closely to all residents in Hong Kong.

Alan remains dedicated and grateful for the opportunity to maintain public’s interest and understanding about the Basic Law, and believes that is a key step to Hong Kong’s success and future development.
