Sebastian is a highly qualified legal professional specializing in advising Web3 ventures, holding a Bachelor of Civil Law from Oxford University. He has been legally qualified in Hong Kong, New York and at the U.S. Supreme Court. Sebastian is an HKMAAL accredited mediator (general panel) and holds the IACCM Contract & Commercial Management Certification (Advanced Practitioner). He is also a member of the InnoTech Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong, and a lecturer at the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Law.

Sebastian’s impressive background extends beyond his legal qualifications. He teaches innovation & law at HKU’s Department of Law and the data privacy, cybersecurity & cloud computing courses in the Academy of Law RME program. Sebastian was formerly senior legal counsel and Asia regional head of e-discovery review at EPIQ. Previously, he practiced financial regulatory law and commercial dispute resolution at Linklaters and Debevoise & Plimpton.
