Our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, was recently invited by the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) to be one of the speakers of Employee’s Compensation Claims (“ECC”) and & Workplace Mediation Seminar, which is one of the thematic events in the Mediation Week 2024.

The Mediation Week is DOJ’s biennial flagship event to promote mediation in Hong Kong and offer an excellent opportunity for international distinguished experts to gather for an insightful sharing of views and experience on mediation.
