We were delighted to take part in the official launch of eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre’s .hk Domain Name Disputes Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Service, accredited by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC).

Our Partner Rosita Li moderated an insightful panel discussion featuring Dr. Christopher To, Mr. Wilson Wong, and Mr. Douglas Clark, who shared their expertise on domain name decision drafting, AI-powered dispute resolution, and the role of HKIRC in Hong Kong’s domain governance.

The session delved into key topics including the .hk domain name dispute resolution procedure, best practices in decision writing and safeguarding domain names, and the impact of AI on dispute resolution workflows, supported by a live demonstration of eBRAM’s ODR platform. Together, these discussions highlighted how LawTech and innovation are reshaping Hong Kong’s digital and legal infrastructure.

The event was well received by a large audience of legal practitioners, domain registrants, and digital brand owners, reflecting the growing importance of efficient, transparent, and tech-enabled mechanisms for resolving domain disputes.
