Our Partner, Simon Wong, was honoured to participate as a panel speaker and representative of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (HKIArb) at the Regional Arbitration Institute Forum (RAIF) Conference 2025 in Tokyo, where he shared the latest developments in arbitration and mediation in Hong Kong.
The panel brought together distinguished speakers from the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, each offering valuable perspectives from their jurisdictions and contributing to an enriching dialogue on the future of dispute resolution across Asia.
Engaging in thoughtful discussions with fellow experts highlighted the importance of regional collaboration in navigating legal reforms and strengthening effective cross-border dispute resolution. It was a pleasure to exchange perspectives, forge new connections, and reaffirm Hong Kong’s momentum and continued leadership in the evolving international arbitration landscape.
A heartfelt thank you to RAIF for convening such a meaningful and dynamic forum, and to all fellow speakers and participants for their insightful contributions and warm engagement. At ELLALAN, we remain dedicated to supporting and partnering with thought leaders across the global arbitration community.
