Our Partner, Simon Wong, was honoured to participate in the “中國仲裁法修訂與國際商事仲裁中心建設研討會” hosted by East China University of Political Science and Law (華東政法大學). As a Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, Simon delivered a keynote on “The Legal Framework of International Arbitration”, exchanging perspectives with distinguished experts on the evolving landscape of arbitration law and the advancement of international commercial arbitration.

Engaging in vibrant discussions with scholars and practitioners from across the region highlighted the importance of cooperation in adapting to legal reforms and strengthening effective cross-border dispute resolution. The symposium attracted strong media attention and public engagement, underscoring the growing significance of arbitration in today’s global business landscape.
