We are delighted to share with you that Travis Wu, the Office Managing Partner of ELLALAN (Guangdong) Law Office, has recently become ELLALAN’s first Registered Foreign Lawyer (PRC) in Hong Kong.

Travis was qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2014, and has extensive experience in handling merger & acquisition, service agreements and disputes, employment disputes, distributorship agreements, NDAs, e-commerce agreements, manufacturing agreements, tenancy agreements as well as corporate compliance issues. Travis’ comprehensive strategies and solution-driven approach were highly praised by his clients.
