We are pleased to share that our Managing Partner Alan Chiu and Associate Alison Choy recently participated in the Intellectual Property Rights Protection Alliance (IPRPA) Working Committee and Annual General Meetings 2025.

The meetings provided a valuable opportunity to exchange views on the latest developments in IP enforcement within the air cargo sector, as well as the Alliance’s ongoing initiatives to combat counterfeiting and infringement.

A highlight of the programme was a guided tour of Hong Kong International Airport, including visits to the Cathay Cargo Terminal and the DHL Central Asia Hub. Participants gained first-hand insight into air cargo clearance procedures and observed a live demonstration by the Hong Kong Customs detection dog team, showcasing the practical enforcement efforts in place to intercept counterfeit and infringing goods.

We look forward to continuing to collaborate with Hong Kong Customs, IPRPA members and industry partners to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in Hong Kong and across the region.
