We were delighted to have our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, deliver a seminar on generative and agentic AI use and regulation for Hang Seng Bank.

The session explored how IP rights intersect with AI, key infringement risks, and the evolving legal challenges posed by generative and agentic AI—from data protection and cybersecurity to questions of autonomy and liability. We also shared practical insights on how financial institutions can approach AI adoption responsibly.
