Our Managing Partner Alan Chiu recently delivered a pre-tour workshop on the Basic Law and National Security Law, preparing youth participants of Rotary International District 3450’s “Exploring the World of the Shepherd Boy – Interact Trip to Mongolia.”

As part of this unique cultural exchange programme, Alan’s session equipped Interactors with a stronger understanding of Hong Kong’s legal system, helping them share insights about our city’s legal framework during their upcoming interactions with Mongolian peers.

The workshop also set the stage for the trip’s broader goals: to facilitate cross-border cultural exchange, to implement service projects, and to deepen understanding of the Belt and Road Initiative’s development in Mongolia. Through both the training and the trip, these young leaders gain valuable insights into governance, law, and community building, while contributing their own creativity and service spirit.
