Our Partner, Delphine Tse, and Associate, Alison Choy, recently delivered a guest lecture at HKU SPACE on intellectual property protection in the Mainland and the Greater Bay Area for pharmaceutical and medical device businesses.

The session discussed practical issues surrounding patents, trade marks, trade secrets and licensing, and the importance of developing an IP strategy that supports business expansion across jurisdictions.
