Our Partner Charles To, Senior Associate Delphine Tse, and Trainee Solicitor Alison Choy had the privilege of delivering a guest lecture at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), invited by Fred L., Managing Director of Gobi Partners, to share legal insights with the next generation in the biopharmaceutical field.

As part of the course Investment Financing and Risk Management in Biobusiness, our team led a guest lecture exploring critical legal dimensions in the biopharmaceutical industry. From intellectual property and data privacy to AI and cloud computing, fundraising documents, contracts and business law, regulatory compliance, and product liability, we provided insights essential for professionals navigating this rapidly evolving field.

The discussions were engaging and thought-provoking, sparking meaningful conversations with students passionate about the future of biopharmaceuticals.
