Our Managing Partner, Alan Chiu, was invited by Licensing International, Messe Frankfurt GmbH, and Guangdong Toy Association to take part in the exciting 2024 Greater Bay Area Brand Licensing Industry Development Forum (2024粤港澳大湾区品牌授权产业发展论坛). At the Forum, Alan delivered a keynote speech focusing on the legal issues surrounding AI-generated works in the licensing industry.

The event was a remarkable platform for deepening the exchange and cooperation between IP rights holders, licensees, and retailers in the Greater Bay Area.   We would like to express our gratitude to the organizers for hosting this insightful event and for inviting Alan to share his expert views on the two intriguing topics – AI and IP, with a focus on the impact on the licensing world.
