It was our pleasure to have invited Dr. Simon Ip Sik-on GBS CBE JP to share on the topic “Professional Behaviour, ingredients for success” in our internal training session last week. In this interactive session, Dr. Ip encouraged our young lawyers and trainees to be approachable, attentive, responsive, and professional when dealing with clients. Dr. Ip also emphasized that they should be empathetic since they are in the People Business. Our young lawyers and trainees also shared the difficulties they encountered at work and Dr. Ip provided some useful tips for them to cope with challenges at work.
