Our senior associate James Choi was invited by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to speak on an online education program with animation companies, designers and brand owners in Asia. The program consists of 7 sessions running on every Wednesday & Thursday from 3-4:00pm covering different aspects of licensing via Zoom meeting.With his extensive knowledge on licensing law, James hosted a session on the basic of licensing law which he discussed key legal issues that impact licensing including licensing agreements, enforcement of rights, protection of properties under trademark and more.
