As ASEAN countries continue to develop and perform ever so strongly, it has become increasingly important for brands and businesses to understand how best to protect their intellectual property rights in the ASEAN region when they are expanding or planning to expand to this area.

Our Managing Partner Alan was invited to give a talk at the seminar – “Intellectual Property Management in the New Era” to share his insights and expertise in handling intellectual property issues in the ASEAN region. The Seminar was co-organised by the Hong Kong Brand Development Council and the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong on 17th September 2019, and was very well received.

We are very thankful for the great opportunity to speak at this wonderful event where we can share our experience and raise more awareness in managing IP assets across the ASEAN region.
