In our yet another initiative to reach out to startups, our Partner Charles To joined Alex So of Fastlane Group and Daniel Lo of GoGoChart as speakers in Fastlane’s R ONE LAB’s Series: “Curing Small Business Pain Points – Sick of Fund Raising?” seminar earlier last month.

Charles shared with entrepreneurs some common legal pitfalls that startups should be aware of during fund-raising, the importance of due diligence on investor background and practical tips on fundraising. Combined with the brilliant minds of fellow speakers, the seminar enlightened keen participants to strategize their fund-raising plan and helped them flag out potential issues at this preliminary stage. The seminar was very well-received. We are thankful for the invitation by Fastlane Group and we do hope to chat with more entrepreneurs in the future.
