Charlotte obtained a Bachelor degree in Laws from the University of Sheffield. She is a member at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and was called to the Bar of England and Wales. She was subsequently called to the High Court of Malaya in Malaysia. She then completed Master of Law in Technology and Intellectual Property Law at the University of Hong Kong.

Before joining ELLALAN, Charlotte worked in a litigation firm in Malaysia.

She speaks English, Mandarin and Malay.
