Gretchen graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a degree of engineering, and obtained her LLM (Intellectual Property) from South China University of Technology. She is a PRC Patent Agent.

Prior to joining ELLALAN, Gretchen worked as an intellectual property officer in a Fortune 500 company and then an intellectual property lawyer in an esteemed law firm in Guangzhou, specialising in both contentions and non-contentious patent matters. Gretchen has extensive experience in a full range of patent work, from drafting patent specifications, handling patent filings, formulating IP strategies to protect clients’ innovations, conducting freedom-to-operate searches, assisting in patent transactions and due diligence as well as handling patent infringement litigation.

Gretchen speaks English and Mandarin.
