Penny is a commercial lawyer with extensive experience in merger & acquisition, China practice and general commercial matters. Prior to joining us, she was an associate at Mayer Brown JSM where she advised clients in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring transactions. Her practice focused on foreign direct investment into China and private M&A deals. Penny also worked as a knowledge management specialist at Sullivan & Cromwell (Hong Kong).

Penny obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (Dean’s Honours List) from the University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2004.

Penny speaks Cantonese, English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
