Rachel is a paralegal (pending admission) specializing in private wealth and family office matters. Having recently completed her traineeship with the firm, Rachel advises individuals and families on a broad range of private client matters, including the establishment and restructuring of family trust structures, succession planning, will drafting, wealth structuring, matrimonial matters, outbound investments and other cross-border related legal services.
Born and raised in Inner Mongolia before attending university, Rachel’s PRC background enables her to provide valuable insights and seamless support to clients with cross-border needs, particularly those with connections to the Mainland China. At ELLALAN, she adopts a meticulous and client-focused approach, helping private clients address legal challenges while delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique legal needs.
Rachel obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at CUHK.
Rachel speaks Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
