William is a Senior Legal Executive at ELLALAN. Before joining us, William worked in Johnson Stokes & Master (now known as Mayer Brown JSM)  for 20+ years and two other local firms: Marie Tsang, Dustin Chan & Co. and Raymond T.Y. Chan, Victoria Chan & Co.

Having worked in the legal industry for close to 30 years, William spent most of his time in the Conveyacing Department of JSM and specialises in handling commercial and residential leasing transactions, sale and purchase of commercial and residential real estate properties (whether large or small scale) as well as mortgage banking.

In recent 10 years, his practice has also extended to civil litigation (e.g. defamation), criminal litigation and probate.

William speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
